Introduction to white water kayaking for those who wish to progress onto grade II water. You must be of Paddle UK Explore BCU 2 Star standard in a kayak and have completed the AOAC Moving Water Safety Course.

The day course will introduce you to basic white water kayak maneuvers to enable you to cross the flow, break-in and break-out of the flow. This will give you a good grounding to move onto grade II water like the Lower River Dart, River Usk or the Cardiff White Water Centre
